The picture below was taken on 7-6-14. I had just completed a harvest of some of my plants in the greenhouse. These are magnificent, don't you think? What we have is an assortment of some of the worlds hottest peppers there are some Ghost, Scotch Bonnet, Scorpion, Habanero, and some sissy Chipotles.
What I have decided to do is to dehydrate this batch and see how they turn out. This is my first attempt at this.
In 2007, Guinness World Records certified that the ghost pepper was the world's hottest chili pepper, 401.5 times hotter than Tabasco sauce; the ghost chilli is rated at more than 1 million Scoville heat units (SHUs).
